Refund Policy

Tagenda is offered on a free plan by default. The paid PRO plan is available as a monthly (€7.99) or annual (€59.00) subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time, with no penalty:

  1. Sign in to Tagenda.
  2. Open your personal area and click Manage subscription.
  3. In the Stripe Customer Portal, click Cancel subscription.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep PRO access until that date — no further charges will be made afterwards.

2. Refunds

Because cancellation already lets you use the rest of the period you paid for, we do not generally issue refunds for unused time. Once a billing period has been charged, the subscription is non-refundable.

We may issue a discretionary refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — full refund of the duplicate amount.
  • Service unavailable — if a sustained outage prevents you from using the Service for a meaningful portion of your billing period, contact us and we'll consider a partial refund.
  • Billing error on our side — full refund.

3. EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off)

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing to PRO and immediately starting to use it, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of a digital service and acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the Service is fully provided (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).

If you have not used any PRO features after subscribing and contact us within 14 days, we will issue a full refund as a matter of goodwill. Email us at support@usetagenda.com.

4. Switching plans

You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. When you switch to a different plan:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period (no immediate charge or refund).
  • You're billed the new price on your next renewal.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails (e.g. expired card), Stripe will automatically retry over the following days and email you. If all retries fail, your subscription is cancelled and your account is downgraded to the free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time after updating your payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'll usually resolve it within 1–2 business days. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first will result in immediate cancellation of your subscription and may prevent you from using paid features in the future.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@usetagenda.com with:

  • The email address on your Tagenda account;
  • The Stripe payment date and amount;
  • A short description of why you're requesting a refund.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
