This page explains how to delete your Tagenda account — the app published by Giulia Galli — and exactly what happens to your data when you do. You do not need to be signed in to read it, and you do not need to reinstall the app to delete your account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or on Google Play. Those are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, and we cannot cancel them on your behalf — so cancel there first, then delete your account. A subscription bought on usetagenda.com is cancelled automatically as part of the deletion. See Subscriptions below.
Open the You tab and choose Delete account at the bottom. You will be asked to type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm, and to enter your password if your account has one.
Sign in at usetagenda.com, open your Personal area, and choose Delete account. The same confirmation applies.
Email support@usetagenda.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you before deleting anything, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:
Your account and its content are removed from the live service immediately. Everything is gone from our systems within 30 days, which is the window our Privacy Policy commits to.
This matches section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Nothing else is kept.
Tagenda PRO can be bought in three places, and each is cancelled where it was bought:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep PRO until the end of the period you have already paid for; deleting your account before that ends does not entitle you to a refund of it. See our Refund Policy.
If you want a copy of your data first, use Export my data — in the app's You tab, or in your Personal area on the web. It gives you a JSON file of your account and its content. Do this before deleting; we cannot recover anything afterwards.
